I recently finished watching Cowboy Bebop and it's now one of my favorite pieces of media of all time. The final few episodes made me cry I think more than any other piece of fiction besides maybe Kanon and AIR. An absolute masterpiece even after all this time. Years ago like early 2000s a friend who is like 25 years younger than I told me that c.b. was a really dark and adult themed anime I might actually like.... as I was always making fun of naruto and pokemon and the like. Well I finaly caught it on a.s. at work one nite around 4am and thought neat, I'm finaly getting to see this. Yes, bodyguards get to watch tv at work all night long. And my friend was right, I'm hooked. Very glad to see you've kept this page and updated it over the years, would love to see more c.b. anime and a live action movie, but I have reservations about Keanu as Spike, Keanu seems to have a hard time keeping Keanu out of his movies. Some of the non-professional cosplay Spikes, Jets, Eds, and Fayes would likely pull it off with much more heart. Anyway, thanks again and see you space cowgirl.

Okay i have a question and it is driving me crazy, I CAN NOT find the answer anywhere. The song "No Money" by The Seatbelts... What are the Arbic lyrics, the meaning i can find i just need what the lyrics actually say. i am aware that you more than likely have no idea, but hey you never know. I think its funny that with everything to be considered in the production of a movie, everybody's first thought on this one is "Oh no, not Keanu Reeves!" This was my first impression as well. I just watched the matrix and at least he has had some martial arts training. I am interested to know if he was chosen for his excellent acting ability (jk) or did he show a personal interest in bebop? If he's a fan I will feel better. I hope he proves us all wrong. I agree with you 100% regarding Yoko Kanno. Without the original music they might as well just toss the project. My other fear is the age demographic they target. Thanks for the sight! I just wanted to thank you. A friend and I were talking about the music of Cowboy Bebop and searched web for any updates or tour date for the SEATBELTS and found your site. It seems that this site is the number one place to go for current information. great site... you have alot of info on Spike, i didnt know his birthday....i was born june 26 as well, same height too, and hairstyle + color, crazy coincidence, i had an accident with dying my hair like a month or two before i ever saw cowboy bebop..i fell in love with it right away....its a shame hollywood couldnt find me to play the part, dont you think Keanu looks more like Jet anyway? well i do...ask me for a picture if you dont believe me..its just uncanny

Thanks so much for the great site! I have had the episodes DLd for years but I just found the first three (remix versions) @ a cheapo a few months ago and it was great to have them for real. I spent quite awhile looking today to try to find the difference between the Remix DVDs and the regular and now I know! Appreciate it. I'm getting ready to purchase two Cowboy Bebop CDs using your advise. The two songs I HAVE to have are Tank! and The Real Folk Blues. "Vitaminless" has The Real Folk Blues so that's taken care of. But OST #1 and Tank the Best both have a version of Tank! on them. Which one is best. Is one cut up for the TV show and the other is the full version? If so I want the full version. Which one of the two should I get? Thanks
